Common questions
Who owns the listing?
You do. The listing is created and verified under your business and your Google account. We set it up and hand it over — we never sit between you and your customers.
Do I need a website?
No. A complete Google Maps listing works on its own. If you have a website, we'll link it. If you don't, a phone number and WhatsApp link are enough.
How long does it take?
Most listings go live in about 1–2 weeks. Setup takes us a few days; the rest is Google's verification, which can take 5–14 days in Ghana. We'll keep you updated at every step.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, address or service area, phone number, opening hours, and a handful of photos. If you have them already, great — if not, we'll work with what you have and can arrange a photo visit.
What does it cost?
Setup is GHS 300 (Starter) or GHS 600 (Standard), paid 50% to start and 50% when your listing goes live. Prices are fixed, so there are no surprises — see Simple pricing for the full breakdown.
What if my business moves or my hours change?
Send us a message and we'll update it. We'll quote the update before we start.
What if Google can't verify my business?
Then you get your setup fee back. Verification is Google's step, so we'll guide you through it and tell you honestly if it isn't going to work.
Can you guarantee I'll show up first?
No one can. Google decides the order. What we do is make your listing complete and correct, which gives you the best chance of being found.
